Today I will tell you the best Guacamole recipe. But first, let’s start with the ingredients.

Probably everyone knows the main ingredient in guacamole – avocado.

Avocado is a fruit with a creamy texture that grows in warm climates. Avocados are naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. It’s a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide lutein, beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids.

It’s also a source of fat, protein and carbohydrates. Eating healthy fats supports skin health, enhances the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, and may even help boost the immune system. Eating daily avocados, may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The substances in avocados regulate blood cholesterol.

Limes are a rich source of vitamin C. The limonoids in limes destroy carcinogens, create an alkaline environment in the body, wash away toxins and prevent inflammation. Improves digestion, prevents cancer, kidney stones. It’s the second main ingredient in guacamole recipe, and I can’t imagine this dish without it.

Clinical studies have shown that the nutritional value of tomatoes neutralizes aging and degenerative processes such as oxidative stress, cancer, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases and accumulation of free radicals. Antioxidants are essential to fight free radicals. And the number of antioxidants in tomatoes is really high – 1 kg of fresh product contains about 500 mg of various antioxidants: 160-240 mg of vitamin C, 10-200 mg of carotenoids (total), 30-50 mg of phenolic acids, about 10 mg of vitamin E, 20 -60 mg of flavonoids, 0.1-0.4 mg of folates, as well as small amounts of minerals: potassium, selenium, zinc and copper.

The word guacamole is originally from Mexico, where avocados have been cultivated for thousands of years. If we mix Avocado, lime and tomatoes together, we get the healthiest dish, full of vitamins and minerals. This is Her Majesty Guacamole.

I came up with this guacamole recipe by myself, but it’s possible that it will be similar to all the other guacamole recipes. Those who tasted it, ate everything and asked for more. Yes Monica? Monica is my cousin. She asked for this guacamole recipe to make it for her boyfriend, I hope he liked it too. The trick of making perfect guacamole is using avocados that are just the right amount of ripeness. Not ripe enough and the avocado will be hard and flavorless.

  • 2-3 fully riped avocados
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 tomatoes (depends on size), I use cherry tomatoes, then you need more
  • pinch of salt
  • a handful of pitted black olives

Mash together avocados, lime juice and salt. You can use this avocado mass to make Benedict’s eggs, or just instead of butter.  Add chopped tomatoes, olives and mix it with the avocado mass et Voila. The most delicious guacamole in the world! Eat it with nachos, tacos, toasted sandwich bread or tortilla chips.

Bon appetite!
